Fresh Victorian Black Winter Truffles

Wonderful fresh black truffles with incredible aroma and flavour are harvested from our farm June - August. It's time to get them into your kitchen and onto your table!

We ship fresh truffles Monday - Wednesday (subject to availability) using Australia Post's Express service or via courier for Melb metro. Please place your order by 8pm EST to ensure shipment the following day. 

*SHIPPING UPDATE* - Aus Post Express Post services can be delayed. We are happy to ship interstate, however the responsibility lies with the purchaser if the package is delayed.

Fresh truffles are required to be chilled. Your parcel will be sent via express post in a chilled pack with gel ice that will last approximately 72 hours. Please remove the truffles immediately, place in airtight container and refrigerate upon receipt of parcel.

nb. Stock availability and sizes vary from week to week. Depending on availability we will attempt to fulfil your order to the best of our ability. We will provide cut black truffle or whole truffle where possible. Your selected purchase weight will be supplied as a minimum. We will advise ASAP if an order cannot be fulfilled.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• All shipments will be dispatched Mon-Wed. Aus Post Express Delivery will usually take 2 days depending on location. nb. due to Covid 19 there may be a delay of up to 1 day. Melb metro courier guaranteed next day delivery.
• Truffles are perishable so MUST be shipped to an address where the package can be signed for and received. 
• Please open your package immediately on arrival and place the truffle in a refrigerator. Change paper towel if damp.
• Fresh truffles are best consumed within 10 days.
