Our elusive White Bianchetto (Borchii) truffles are unearthed (late July/Aug). A totally different culinary experience to the Winter black, the whites are more garlicky in aroma and often described as having a milder flavour. Bianchetto truffles range in size from a pea to an egg, their colour ranging from pale yellow to reddish brown.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SUPPLY OF WHITE TRUFFLES EACH WEEK. PLEASE CONTACT THE FARM BY PHONE (0408 055 250) OR EMAIL TO ENQUIRE.

We ship fresh truffles Monday - Wednesday using Australia Post's Express service or via courier for Melb metro. Please place your order by 8pm EST to ensure shipment the following day. 

Fresh truffles are required to be chilled. Your parcel will be sent via express post in a chilled foam pack with gel ice that will last approximately 72 hours. Please remove the truffles immediately and refrigerate upon receipt of parcel.

nb. Stock availability and sizes vary from week to week. Depending on availability we will attempt to fulfil your order to the best of our ability. We will provide cut truffle or whole truffle where possible. Your selected purchase weight will be supplied as a minimum. We will advise ASAP if an order cannot be fulfilled.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• All shipments will be dispatched Mon-Wed. Aus Post Express delivery will usually take 2 days depending on location. nb. due to Covid 19 there may be a delay of up to 1 day. Melb metro courier guaranteed next day delivery.
• Truffles are perishable so MUST be shipped to an address where the package can be signed for and received. 
• Please open your package immediately on arrival and place the truffle in a refrigerator. Change paper towel if damp.
• Fresh truffles are best consumed within 10 days.
